How many guests can stay?

Up to 8 guests. We recommend groups of 6 or fewer. For 7–8 guests, please contact us in advance.

Can children stay?

Yes. Children aged 3–12 are ¥5,500 per person. Children aged 2 and under are free. For the Dinner Plan, children's meals are not included in the course — please order à la carte.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

How does check-in work?

After your booking is confirmed, we'll send check-in details via official LINE. A staff member will meet you at the property on the day.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 11:00 (for direct bookings).

Can I drop off luggage before check-in?

Please contact us in advance if you need to drop off luggage early. We'll do our best to accommodate depending on the situation.

What amenities are provided?

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towels, face towels, and hair dryer. Yukata robes are not provided.

Can I use the kitchen? Is cookware provided?

Yes — the full kitchen includes an induction hob, gas burner, microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. A complete set of cookware, tableware, and cutlery is provided, along with basic condiments, roasted coffee, and Yamato green tea.

Can we do BBQ or use the fire pit?

Yes. There is a covered BBQ and fire pit area that can be used even in rain. Equipment is provided at the property — please bring your own ingredients, charcoal, and firewood.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free on-site parking for up to 2 cars.

Is smoking allowed?

The interior is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the garden only.

Are there noise restrictions?

Outdoor use of the property is not permitted after 21:00. Please keep noise to a minimum indoors as well, out of consideration for the neighbourhood.

What do I need to do at checkout?

Please separate your rubbish for recycling.

Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?

Both a convenience store and supermarket are about 10 minutes on foot. If you're planning to self-cater or BBQ, we recommend buying supplies before check-in.

Are there restaurants within walking distance?

Yes, there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Our staff will share recommendations at check-in.
