The menu has been thoughtfully adapted for a solo stay: eight courses at your own pace, each dish given your full attention.
Yamato Gojo Seasonal Omakase Course
A full course built exclusively for yoinn, using ingredients from the Gojo region at the peak of their season.
Eight courses: beginning with handmade kakinoha-zushi (persimmon-leaf sushi), a speciality of Gojo; local seasonal vegetables through the middle courses; a dish featuring Yamato beef; and closing with claypot rice cooked with seasonal ingredients.
A welcome drink is included: freshly made fruit cocktail, or a local sake from Gojo.
